School-based Student Guidance Scheme
The school aims to cultivate grateful students who cherish everything they have. They are encouraged to have a positive and optimistic attitude towards life and to bravely face the opportunities and challenges of life and growth. This year, the theme of "My Pledge to Action" will continue to focus on "Gratitude, Cherishment, Positivity, and Being Optimistic". The subtitle "Be Hardworking and Law-abiding. Act Kindly" will be included in the school development plan. "My Pledge to Action Day" will be organised based on the school's resources and the students' needs. The school will also focus on promoting a “Good campus spirit" and the idea that "More care brings happiness" by helping students set goals and put them into practice.
The school carries out systematic and comprehensive planning. It implements a series of related activities to allow students to combine subject knowledge, positive values and attitudes, personal commitments and practical actions to help students. They establish healthy lifestyles to help students fulfil their pledge and enhance the impact of learning.
Implement diversified learning activities that make students happy to participate and apply in daily life—for example, sharing in the morning assembly, life education lessons, home visits, parent-child activities, parents' education, diversified extracurricular activities, social-emotional groups, etc. These activities encourage whole-school participation to foster relevant values in students and create a conducive learning environment.
Our school arranges a variety of all-round learning activities according to students' interests and needs according to different themes such as "I can submit my homework on time", "Inter-class discipline Competition", "Mother's Day Thanksgiving Activities", "Caring Value Assembly", " "Starfish Project", "A+ Scheme", "Mentorship scheme", "Tuen Mun District Anti-Crime Street Board Creation Competition", "Day Camp for P.4 and P.6 Students", " Mainland Exchange Programme for P.5 students", etc. Helping students adopt a positive and optimistic attitude towards life in order to help them face the challenges and difficulties at different stages of life with courage.
