We value students’potential and we are devoted to bringing the students’ talent into full play.

Aims/Mission

School-based Gifted Education carries the aim of promoting gifted education, with emphasis on inspiring and cultivating student to explore and think creatively and develop the social skills, with the view of catering to the diverse educational needs of gifted students through quality education.

First level (Whole-class participation)
  • The core gifted education elements (i.e. high order thinking, creativity and social skills) are infused into the school-based curriculum, by introducing diverse learning activities to explore the potentials, inculcate and hone, inter alia, students’ creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership abilities. E.g. STEAM activities on the lesson, cross curriculum activities on the lesson , field trips (English), Project Learning worksheets (General Studies), problem-solving worksheets (Mathematics) , etc.

Leadership Training Program

 

Cultivating students' "leadership skills" is an essential part of developing their full potential. Through activities or games, participating students can experience first-hand how to appropriately take on the role of a leader, thus understanding the attitudes and skills required of a leader, and reflecting on areas where they can improve.

"Be a University Student" experiential activity,  where students are arranged to visit university campuses and experience college life and broaden their horizons.
